Frances McLean is an IT Lecturer at Challenger TAFE in Western Australia. She has been developing software for mobile technologies for several years. This has now lead to delivering this content to programming student within the TAFE system.

She also been involved in several projects to develop assessment tools for lecturers to use with Windows based PDA’s and delivering PD for lecturers using PDA’s.
